* Unopened, unused, or untested merchandise that is re-sellable may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date the order was placed. The client is responsible for the shipping cost to send back. Due to sanitation reasons, used or tested items cannot be resold, therefore we cannot take it back. If you are unsure about a color match please visit a retail store near you or email a selfie to [email protected] before ordering. An online artist will assist you in color matching and send a sample with your order to try first. If an incorrect item is sent in your order, please contact us (please include order#) and we will email you a mailing label to send the item(s) back. If we are not issuing the return/exchange, please ship item(s) with a copy of the packing slip and note the return/exchange.
* There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to any returned merchandise that was ordered online and shipped.
* SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
* In the warmer months, please ship to your office or a place where someone can accept the package. If it sits on your doorstep, the creamy products can melt. We do not replace items that melt during shipping or after delivery.
* Once the tracking number says the package was delivered, we are no longer responsible for your package. If it gets stolen, we do not send a replacement package since this is out of our control. Please send to a safe place.
