RETURN POLICY

Unopened, unused, or untested merchandise that is re-sellable may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Due to sanitation reasons, used or tested items cannot be resold, therefore we cannot take it back.

Online orders must be returned and/or exchanged at the Houston Central location. They can be mailed back or brought to the store. Online Returns cannot be done at our other retailers or Memorial West location. JKC retailers have their own return policy and anything purchased at a retailer, please refer to their policy. 

There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to any returned merchandise that was ordered online and shipped.

All returns may be mailed to 1907 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77098. If you are initiating the return/exchange, please ship item/s with a copy of the packing slip and note the return/exchange. The client is responsible for the shipping cost to send back.

In the warmer months, please ship to your office or a place where someone can accept the package. If it sits on your doorstep, the creamy products can melt. We do not replace items that melt during shipping or after delivery.

If an incorrect item is sent in your order, please contact us (please include order#) and we will email you a mailing label to send the item(s) back. 

Once the tracking number says the package was delivered, we are no longer responsible for your package. If it gets stolen, we do not send a replacement package since this is out of our control. Please send to a safe place.

If you are unsure about a color match please visit a retail store near you or email a selfie to [email protected] before ordering. An online artist will assist you in color matching and send a sample with your order to try first.
